Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry for an Office Assistant based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role will primarily involve a variety of administrative tasks in a shared office environment.

Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls, taking and passing on messages through Teams.
• Scanning, folding, and mailing rent letters.
• Organizing and maintaining files.
• Assisting with vendor management, including scheduling appointments for vendors to visit properties.
• Utilizing Office tools like Excel and Outlook to perform tasks.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Undertaking other duties as required to support the team.• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, used for communication and collaboration within the office
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, used for managing emails and scheduling appointments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, used for data management and reporting
• Experience in Administrative Office work, ensuring smooth office operations
• Possession of Basic Office Skills including filing, typing, and office equipment operation
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls, managing customer inquiries and routing calls as necessary
• Capability in Scheduling, managing appointments, and coordinating schedules
• Strong Customer Service skills, providing excellent service to internal and external clients
