Overview:

Insight Global is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the team of one of their top clients in the energy industry. This position is onsite and part-time with max 20 hours per week- Monday: 8hrs, Wednesday: 6hrs, and Friday: 6hrs. This person must have experience with payroll timekeeping and pulling time and attendance reports. The payroll admin will also assist in answering internal employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR related questions. It is expected that this person is proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and must be timely in updating internal communication channels. Additionally, any experience with timekeeping systems such as Kronos, MyTime, ADP, Workday, etc is helpful. The team is looking for someone who is eager to learn and join their close-knit culture

 

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience with Payroll timekeeping

Experience with timekeeping systems such as Kronos, MyTime, etc.

Background pulling reports for time and attendance

Experience in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
