We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Communications Coordinator based in Northvale, New Jersey. The role will be integral to our operations within the specialized footwear industry. As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will be involved in a wide range of marketing activities, including social media management, copywriting, project coordination, and administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of marketing projects, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery.

• Generate compelling social media content to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to contribute to all marketing activities.

• Manage administrative tasks such as correspondence, booking vendors, coordinating internal travel for meetings and events.

• Develop creative copy for emails and product descriptions to support marketing campaigns.

• Utilize Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating and editing marketing materials.

• Handle order fulfillment processes to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective marketing solutions.

• Leverage MS Office and other social media tools for efficient project management and communication.

• Stay updated with social media trends to incorporate relevant strategies into the marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience in creating, planning, and managing social media campaigns
• Familiarity with all major social media channels and trends
• Ability to create engaging social media content and graphics
• Strong writing skills, with experience in copywriting and creative writing
• Knowledge of email copywriting best practices
• Experience in blogging to enhance brand awareness
• Ability to coordinate and handle customer meetings
• Familiarity with order fulfillment processes
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite
• Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with creating and managing advertisement content
• Experience in creating editorial content
• Knowledge of social media tools for efficient management and reporting
