Call Center Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Handle daily inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide assistance to customers through phone and email regarding their account queries
• Regularly update and manage customer accounts with new or modified data
• Use CRM and other computer programs to efficiently process customer information
• Utilize customer service software to track and resolve customer issues
• Apply skills in ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS in daily tasks
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
• Use 'About Time' software for efficient customer service
• Follow up with customers regarding their specific needs
• Assist customers with benefit function related queries.
• Ability to efficiently operate various computer programs is required
• CRM knowledge and experience is a must
• Familiarity with customer service software is expected
• Proficient in the use of About Time software
• Should have the ability to provide appropriate answers to customer inquiries
• Experience in answering inbound calls is necessary
• Must possess skills to assist customers effectively and professionally
• Knowledge of benefit functions is crucial
