Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at VYSE Consulting Group. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

You will also be responsible for meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, collaborating with the sales team to promote products and services, and working closely with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive health insurance after 90 days, paid training and breaks, opportunities for overtime pay and performance bonuses, tuition reimbursement program available after 1 year of employment, and a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. **Salary:** $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Basic understanding of financial terms and concepts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
