Payroll Implementation Specialist - New Accounts We are currently seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialistto join our team. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely implementation of payroll and supporting services that result in client retention, growth and satisfaction. This includes onboarding new assigned clients, analyzing payroll data, inputting and balancing payroll data, processing payroll and reviewing payroll reports for distribution to clients. The Payroll Implementation Specialist provides support to clients through implementation while acting as a trusted advisor to internal partners. Here's what you'll do: Onboards new assigned clients, with various client company structures and in multiple states/localities, to payroll and provides related services to ensure accurate and timely implementation. Execute client relationship strategy that instills trust in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for high volume of small-to medium-sized clients. Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness. Input and balance payroll data accurately. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Process payroll; review/analyze payroll reports for accuracy and distribute to clients. Here's what you'll need to be successful: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 4 - 6 years' payroll or relevant experience. FPC or CPP Certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%). As required by the California, Insperity provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in California. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of California only, the range of starting pay for this role is between $62,500 and $70,200. At Insperity, we celebrate the diversity of our employees and our leadership.
