HR Recruiter

Our client is Pittsburgh is looking for a Recruiter for a contract opportunity for 4-6 weeks. This recruiter is required to live in Pittsburgh, PA and allowed to work remotely. Pay $25 - $30 depending on experience. Hours: 8AM - 5PM.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting candidates for various roles within our sports facilities. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your goal is to ensure we attract and hire skilled professionals who align with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications to match them with appropriate roles.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment plans tailored to specific positions.
Employer Branding: Promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice within the sports industry by attending job fairs, networking events, and engaging with professional organizations.
Database Management: Maintain and manage a robust database of candidates, tracking progress and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent availability to enhance recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process.
Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the sports, recreation, or facilities management sectors.
Strong understanding of the sports industry and its various roles and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
