Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution support.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Administer and manage employee benefit programs, compensation reviews, and performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including developing and maintaining HR policies.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to promote continuous learning and professional growth.
- Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
- Manage employee data and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all HR documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee turnover trends to inform retention strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
- Comprehensive understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related tools.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
