We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Portland, Connecticut This is a full-time, direct hireposition with a light caseload, making it an ideal opportunity for professionals who want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a balanced workload.

Position Overview:

  • Provide behavior analysis services for students across various settings.
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff to ensure best practices are followed in behavior management and student support.
  • Offer training and guidance to support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Previous experience working in schools or with children with special needs preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: $84,000 $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
