Job Opening: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Portland, OR

ProCare Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Portland, OR. This part-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with an hourly pay rate of $25+. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions to students.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
  • Assist in developing and adjusting behavioral strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with a team of educators, therapists, and parents to support student success.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for students.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Current RBT certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data effectively.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Portland, OR.
  • Hours: 30-35 hours per week.
  • Hourly pay rate: $25+.
