Overview of Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a school setting in Connecticut.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while enjoying a low-stress work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing behavioral support and intervention for a caseload of 79 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Provide individualized treatment plans based on student needs, taking into account their unique challenges and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavior and learning outcomes.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions to ensure optimal results.
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to all state regulations and school policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in a school setting preferred but not required. Must hold Connecticut licensure as a BCBA.

We offer a competitive salary, approximately $65,000 per year, and a supportive team environment. No billable hours ensure a focus on student well-being.
