• Engage in email correspondence with team members and clients.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word for daily tasks and communications.
• Schedule appointments as required, ensuring efficient time management.
• Monitor and maintain customer accounts, taking necessary action when required.• Must have experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in providing top-tier customer service is required.
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must be adept at handling email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring efficient communication flow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed for data management and analysis tasks.
• Must have experience in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and other organizational tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing is required.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and time management.
