Are you a skilled Residential HVAC Technician looking to focus on scheduled service calls without the pressure to upsell? we are seeking a full-time technician just like you We're not looking for a salesperson, we need someone who can build relationships and deliver top-notch workmanship that speaks for itself. Our Residential HVAC Technicians can earn up to $40/hour.

WORK SCHEDULE
No nights, weekends, or on-call shifts required If you prefer to work extra hours, we can accommodate that. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with workdays anytime between 7 AM and 6 PM. Start times range from 7 AM to 10 AM, and end times between 3 PM and 6 PM. Whether your ideal 40-hour workweek is Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday, we can make it happen Pay increases are available if your schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECHNICIAN

  • 3+ years of experience in servicing and repairing commercial or residential HVAC equipment

  • EPA and other relevant HVAC certifications

  • Valid driver's license
