• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records

• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with store managers or department managers

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and Excel, for various administrative tasks

• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary

• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing all inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• Manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring all relevant information is communicated.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls is required

• Strong customer service skills are essential
