General Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Microsoft Windows Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in creating and maintaining our enterprise-wide network and computing systems, supporting various departments in their business-critical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise systems through effective implementation, integration, security, and maintenance of networks, servers, operating systems, services, applications, and databases.
  • Perform and manage backups, identify operational issues, and assist in their resolution.
  • Provide technical assistance to peer staff in alignment with customer service goals, documenting work performed and solutions implemented.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues within systems, processes, and services.
  • Assist in implementing agreed-upon remedies and preventative measures.
  • Execute system upgrades and patches; modify server and network infrastructure to enhance efficiency, integration, interoperability, reliability, and performance.
  • Review system and network updates, identifying those that require action.
  • Configure systems and networks to optimize hardware functionality.
  • Investigate and coordinate the resolution of potential and actual service issues.
  • Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in the development and planning of infrastructure projects.
  • Assist with SQL environment development, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in infrastructure management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of network and server configuration and management.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
