Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Alamon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Network Services team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including weekly payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and assisting field staff and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and analyze project costs
  • Process invoices and follow up on delinquent accounts
  • Submit purchase orders and vendor payments
  • Provide administrative support to departmental employees
  • Onboard new employees and assign training
  • Track and verify credit card transactions
  • Perform weekly payroll duties
  • Assist with customer support requests
  • Create and manage reports
  • Track inventory and company assets

Requirements:
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Proficient in Google Workspace Suite, including Google Chrome, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to compile and reconcile spreadsheet data
  • Ability to adapt to changing tasks and business needs

Work Environment:
  • This position is based out of our Headquarters location in Kalispell, Montana, and is non-remote
