Technical Support Specialist

Parasol Alliance is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide tier 1 support for all client tickets, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Offer tier 2 support when possible, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
- Offer onsite support for hardware and software, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with vendors as required to resolve tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Document all issue steps and resolutions within service tickets, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Healthcare experience is preferred, with long-term healthcare support experience being a significant advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of tier 1 support experience in an enterprise environment is required.
- Proficiency in multiple enterprise systems, including Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Operating Systems, file shares, printers, and copiers, phone systems, Exchange, basic network and systems administration, and desktop hardware support.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Local travel may be required.
