Job Title: Behavior Specialist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Description:

As a Behavior Specialist / RBT, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Track and record students' progress and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a certified RBT or have equivalent credentials.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Ability to pass a background check and comply with school district regulations.
