Job Title: Behavior Specialist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Job Description:
As a Behavior Specialist / RBT, you will:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral challenges.
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Track and record students' progress and behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve your skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be a certified RBT or have equivalent credentials.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or therapeutic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to pass a background check and comply with school district regulations.
Pay & Benefits:
- Highly competitive compensation ($23 -$30 per hour)

- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
