Responsibilities
• Welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the office, offering a positive first impression of our organization
• Coordinate corporate events, contributing to their success and ensuring they run smoothly
• Handle the issuing of badges to visitors and staff, ensuring security procedures are followed
• Maintain the kitchen/pantry, keeping it well-stocked and organized for staff and visitors
• Resolve any customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating superior customer service skills
• Assist with administrative tasks as required, contributing to the efficient running of the office.• Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong emphasis on providing superior customer service.
• Previous experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to handle corporate events and ensure their smooth execution.
• Strong skills in event coordination, managing all aspects from planning to execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and ability to think on feet.
• Detail oriented appearance and conduct, as this role is often the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for event coordination.
