This role is pivotal in our company's daily operations, providing support through various administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as answering inbound calls, providing customer service, and managing both data entry and email correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring efficient communication within the company.
• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize various Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to perform daily tasks efficiently.
• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
• Monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Excellent data entry skills
• Experience in email correspondence
• Ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in an administrative role would be an advantage.
