We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a part time, Accounting Clerk based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role involves administrative coordination in a non-profit agency, with a focus on accounts related tasks. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be integral to our team, assisting with client servicing, data management, and overall administrative support.


Responsibilities:


• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records

• Act as a front desk support, assisting with incoming calls and visitor management

• Handle administrative overflow work including data entry, filing, and internet research tasks

• Use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for account reconciliation and invoice processing

• Assist in tracking updates for clients across various systems

• Support organization-wide projects such as mass mailings and in-house event coordination

• Utilize SAP for business process management and data handling

• Play a vital role in accounts payable and accounts receivable management

• Aid in the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience in Billing process

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with QuickBooks

• Good organization and time management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in accounting or related field.
