Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is working with a large financial services firm that is searching for a temporary, remote Finance Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the transaction process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry and a strong understanding of transaction processes. You must have professional communication skills and previous experience working in a remote setting would be preferred. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the transaction process from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all transaction documents are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transaction process.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on the status of transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a transaction coordination role within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of transaction processes and financial principles.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Employment Details:
• Temporary for six months.
• Fully remote but must work east coast hours.
• Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM PST
 

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
