Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our client in the Princeton area. This position is fully in office, Monday through Friday but can be either part-time or full-time depending on what you are looking for In addition to requiring auditing/pre-tax experience, this position plays a key role in supporting the administration of benefits offerings and assisting employees with related processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Audit experience is a MUST / Pre-Tax contributions experience is a MUST
  • Provide support to employees with program enrollment, claims, and general inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage benefit-related documentation and maintain records accurately.
  • Assist in processing invoices and updating payroll with benefit changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
  • Support the team with special projects and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.


Qualifications:

  • 1 year+ of experience in a similar role, with exposure to benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality.
