• Manage and process correspondence ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and communicated.
• Utilize the Kronos Timekeeping System to track and manage employee time and attendance.
• Maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficient operation of the office and support team members as needed.
• Use the 'About Time' system for effective time management and to ensure deadlines are met.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary to maintain account health and accuracy.• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience in using Cisco Webex Meetings
• Knowledge of Concur software
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to use Kronos Timekeeping System
• Proficient in About Time software
• Strong skills in Calendar Management
• Excellent Communication abilities
