Job Title: Administrative Assistant III
Location: Middletown, PA 17057
Pay Rate: $22.00/hr

Shift: Standard Business Hours, M - F (40 Hours a week)
Duration: 1/6/2025 – 12/31/2026

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Assistant III to support our Human Resources department in Middletown, PA. In this role, you will perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, generating reports, and providing office coordination. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office tools.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Familiarity with HR processes is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and exercise creativity and judgment to achieve goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

  • Prepare memos, presentations, and reports.

  • Research and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and support annual budget compilation.

  • Handle e-filing, submitting actions, and maintaining office organization.

  • Coordinate and set up training sessions.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
