Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As an HR Manager, you will have a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our organization's functions by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring that our workplace culture supports our employees
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to maintain a robust workforce
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Oversee the administration of human resource policies, procedures, and programs
• Manage employee communication and feedback through meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, employee focus groups, and one-on-one meetings
• Oversee ADP Payroll and ensure its smooth operation
• Oversee employee benefit functions and ensure they are implemented effectively
• Develop and oversee administrative policies and ensure compliance
• Enhance and foster employee relations through various communication channels.• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as a manager or supervisor.
• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services for effective management of HR-related financial tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing Benefit Functions within an organization.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees and management.
• Proven track record in ensuring Compliance with HR policies, procedures and legal regulations.
• Experience in managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
• Proficiency in Hiring Processes, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Experience in the development and implementation of Administrative Policies related to HR.
