Legal Billing and Conflicts Coordinator



Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a knack for numbers?



LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Legal Billing Specialist to join our law firm client’s dynamic team in downtown Pittsburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced legal environment and hone your billing expertise.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review legal invoices

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable

  • Perform conflicts checks and new matter intake

  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, and staff

  • Maintain accurate financial records

  • Utilize billing software (e.g., TyMetrix 360, LegalX, BottomLine Technologie, Mitratech, CounselLink, Aderant, Elite)

 


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of recent legal billing experience working in a US law firm is required

  • 1+ years of conflict analyst experience working in a US law firm is a plus

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and billing software required

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work full-time and onsite in downtown Pittsburgh

 


Annual Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 DOE
