Legal Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing law firm in the downtown Pittsburgh area to find a highly administrative, client service oriented candidate. This temp to hire role has the ability to grow into a higher level opportunity with great responsibility.
The ideal candidate for this role would be comfortable answering phones and handling a variety of administrative support tasks for the firm and attorneys. Training and mentorship will be provided
This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately. Additionally, this candidate will provide legal administrative support for the firm.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the firm and attorneys
Handle communication with clients
Organize and maintain files
Troubleshoot IT issues with vendors to ensure firm operations run
Handle the firms inventory management
Assist with overflow legal work related to litigation and corporate matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Prior office or law firm experience is preferred
Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols is preferred
Ability to type at least 50+ WPM
Excellent ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Highly organized and proactive
Team player

Pay DOE
Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
