Administrative Office Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client's growing team as an Administrative Office Assistant. This role will involve supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations, including tasks related to recruiting, onboarding, and office management.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Confident in coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Strong client interaction and communication abilities.
Experience with scheduling and time management systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience coordinating meetings and events.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Job Functions:
· Recruiting & Onboarding Support:
o Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding activities, and managing offboarding processes.
o Support documentation and data entry for new hires and departing staff.
· Administrative Support:
o Provide administrative support for time reporting, scheduling, and managing timesheets for hourly employees.
o Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
· Office Management:
o Handle incoming mail, shipping requests, and inventory of office supplies.
o Coordinate with building management for maintenance requests and building access.
o Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
· Event & Meeting Coordination:
o Support team meetings, including scheduling
o Assist with planning and organizing company events and team-building activities.
· General Support & Other Duties:
o Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
o Provide ad-hoc support to various departments as needed.
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
M-F, 8:30am to 5pm schedule
100% in office role
Pay: $20-22/hour
