• Perform benefit functions related to payroll.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date records of all payroll activities.
• Use Bamboo for managing HR-related tasks.
• Assist with onboarding and recruiting processes.• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Benefit Functions, including managing employee benefits and understanding legal requirements
• Experience with Quickbooks Online, demonstrating the ability to manage and process payroll
• Expertise in Full Cycle Payroll, encompassing all aspects from data collection to issuing payments
• Experience in handling Payroll for under 100 Employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Demonstrated ability to Process Payroll, including computing wages and deductions
• Familiarity with Bamboo HR software, showcasing the ability to track and manage HR data
• Proficiency in using Indeed for recruitment and applicant tracking purposes
• Ability to conduct a detailed review of payroll, spotting any discrepancies or errors
• Experience in Applicant Screening, demonstrating the ability to assess and shortlist candidates
