Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Compliance Specialist to join our corporate office. This role will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and reviewing payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

A competitive estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions
• Perform periodic audits to verify company policies and procedures are maintained
• Work closely with management team members to complete various projects
• Prepare, balance, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Ability to effectively present information to team members and management
