Job Summary

">

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all HR decision-making, including HR planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and company compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Collect and process employment-related paperwork to ensure weekly payroll is processed accurately and efficiently.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations related to employee relation issues and safety incidents.
  3. Assist eligible employees every month in benefit enrollment.
  4. Answer benefits-related questions or refer the employee to appropriate resources.
  5. Oversee HR compliance areas including but not limited to I-9 and E-Verify compliance, wage, and hours, required training, leave of absence/FMLA, workers compensation, and other leave/time off policies governmental and compliance data requests, and reasonable accommodation.
  6. Oversee DOL claims/separation processes.
  7. Manage companywide vacation log.
  8. Knowledgeable with OSHA rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong computer, data entry skills and excellent customer services experience.
  • 2 years of Human resources experience.

Salary is based on national average rates for this position and may vary depending on location. Estimated salary range is $38,960 - $51,120 per year, based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year.
