Are you a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for providing great service? Look no further Our restaurant in Grand Rapids, MI is the original location and has been a staple of the area since 2008 and we need to add another culinary professional to the team. 

Located in the heart of Grand Rapids, our restaurant is known for its delicious food and exceptional service. As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. Through daily shift meetings, you will constantly communicate with your team to ensure smooth operations and provide them with proper coaching and training to help them grow. We create welcoming, inclusive atmospheres where our guests and employees are encouraged to be themselves. 

We recycle, compost and buy products that help us help the planet. All team members receive training in our industry-leading recycling and composting program, which allows us to divert up to 90 percent of our kitchen waste from landfills. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume, fun bar/restaurant
  • Recruit, hire, train and coach employees
  • Develop relationships with food and beverage suppliers
  • Manage budgets and the overall P & L
  • Create inventories and order food, beverages and supplies

Requirements:

  • Passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers
  • Has 2 years management experience in the hospitality industry at a high-volume location
  • Dedicated to providing great service
