  • Market company products to the Canada/USA/Mexico marketplace by successfully inviting companies to online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the field sales team.
  • Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, thus developing it into a functional record where we can interact and support the customer.
  • Target our existing customer base, embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximize upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
  • Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.
  • Continuously update the CRM (Sales Force).
  • Maintain relationships with customers by constantly following up on their needs.
  • Book training sessions (Academy).
  • Support general marketing department demands.
Qualifications:
  • Customer service

  • ERP system
  • 1+ years recent of phone sales experience or customer service experience with upselling within a corporate setting
Work Environment

8 hour shift, Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. Flex schedule allows working from home on days with appointments or when sick. Training is 6 weeks long, shadowing co-workers in SAP. Employees can work remotely up to two days a week after completing their training, provided they have a reliable internet connection to conduct webinars without interruptions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.77 - $30.77/hr.
