**Job Description:** Inside Sales Professional
American Recruiting & Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and expanding new clients while handling existing customers, analyzing business intelligence data to identify potential sales and margin growth opportunities, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of client-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of proven sales experience, a strong phone presence, and excellent listening and presentation skills. They will also have demonstrated computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year
**Responsibilities:
- Heavy outbound calling to develop and expand new clients while handling existing customers.
- Prospect and maintain customer database in CRM with sales notes, adherent to company procedures.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Customer Service, Warranty, Watsco Ventures and equipment and parts Regional Sales Managers).
**Requirements:** 2-5 years of proven sales experience with a track record of over-achieving quota, strong phone presence, excellent listening and presentation skills, demonstrated computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
