Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA for the Issaquah School District in Issaquah, WA. This is a full-time on-site position for the 2024/2025 school year, covering a K-12 itinerant caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analysis services and develop behavior intervention plans for students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student behavior needs.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor progress on behavior goals.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.

Qualifications:

  • State Licensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst.
  • National Certification as a BCBA required.
  • Educator Credential: Educational Staff Associate (ESA) with School Behavior Analyst Endorsement (Must be active).
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Hours and Caseload:

  • Full-time position.
  • K-12 itinerant caseload.
