Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients to implement our child-centric therapy model in home, school, and/or community environments. You will work closely with your clinical supervisor to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate each child's unique interests and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA therapy sessions with clients in home, school, and/or community environments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clinical supervisors
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for travel to client sessions
  • Ability to navigate online platforms and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Monday - Friday, 8am - 7pm

Seattle Tacoma region, serving clients from Poulsbo to Spanaway and Bellevue to Puyallup
