Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with clients to implement our evidence-based therapy model in home, school, and community settings. You will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using techniques from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Support clients and their families in achieving individualized and meaningful outcomes
  • Utilize safe and appropriate behavior management strategies when interacting with clients
  • Collect and report data on client behavior using company-provided iPad
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, clients, and clients' parents/caregivers
Requirements
  • Minimum availability of three weekdays per week, from 3-7pm, and two days from 8am-12pm or 11:30am-3pm
  • Own reliable vehicle with proof of valid in-state driver's license and insurance
  • Ability to pass DOJ and FBI background check and, where applicable, TB test or TB risk assessment
  • Ability and willingness to obtain and/or maintain Registered Behavior Technician certification or, where applicable, state-specific ABA licensure
