Job Description

• Ensure all food safety control points (CP) and critical control points (CCP) are monitored and reviewed for compliance.

• Report any deviations to the lead, supervisors, or production.

• Ensure verification and calibration of equipment.

• Perform laboratory duties related to analysis, sampling on raw materials and finished goods.

• Perform quality assurance SAP functions.

• Product monitor and review net weights on all products produced.

• Evaluate physical attributes: code, shape of product, bake out, sanitizer concentration check.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any food safety/quality deviations and/or failures.

• Follow USDA and FDA regulations.

• Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMP’s, maintain sanitary conditions and ensure that product quality is maintained.

• Report to management any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.

Shift

Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12am

Qualifications

6+ months of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing setting OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences
