This role involves a variety of administrative tasks in a bustling team environment. The Administrative Assistant will be required to provide exceptional customer service, handle inbound calls, and manage data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service on each interaction.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer records are up-to-date.
• Schedule appointments and organise meetings, utilising Microsoft Outlook to manage schedules.
• Respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally.
• Utilise Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to complete tasks and create reports.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.
• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of organisation and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
• Adhere to industry best practices and company policies at all times.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
• Ability to manage email correspondence promptly and professionally
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
