Property Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Property Coordinator to support our client’s Property Management department in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and fostering strong tenant relationships
Title: Property Coordinator
Industry: Commercial Property Management
Type: Direct Hire
Location: Houston, TX 77043 (100% onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for tenants and vendors, providing exceptional customer service
Handle accounts payable/receivable and invoice processing
Assist with tenant maintenance requests, rekeying, lockouts, and move-ins/outs
Support the Property Management team in the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes
Coordinate tenant events and activities
Manage utility tracking, insurance records, and vendor documentation
Maintain and monitor access control systems (Brivo)
Ensure all general service contracts and vendor communications are up to date
Handle administrative tasks such as responding to inquiries and distributing mail
Provide hands-on support during company growth and property acquisitions
Required Skills and Experience:
2-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate or related administrative roles
Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SharePoint, and Yardi Breeze
Ability to adapt to new proprietary software and systems
High attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Must be comfortable traveling to nearby properties as needed
Additional Qualifications:
College degree from an accredited university required
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
Ability to work in a stationary position for extended periods
