Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be primarily handling the full cycle of payroll tasks for the organization, leveraging your proficiency in Paycom software. Your duties will span across maintaining accurate payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and providing assistance to employees related to payroll issues.


Responsibilities:


• Manage the end-to-end process of payroll for the organization utilizing Paycom software.

• Maintain and update accurate records of all payroll transactions.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to payroll wage and hour best practices.

• Identify and rectify any discrepancies or irregularities in payroll.

• Carry out month-end duties, including reconciliations and report preparations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

• Provide support to employees by addressing their payroll-related queries and concerns.

• Utilize your numerical skills and attention to detail to oversee the weekly payroll for 101-500 employees.

• Handle sensitive payroll information with confidentiality and professionalism.

• Leverage your strong organizational skills to prioritize workload in HR administration.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Full Cycle Payroll processing is mandatory.

• Experience with Payroll for a range of 101 - 500 employees is required.

• Must possess the ability to administer Weekly Payroll efficiently.

• Proficiency in using Paycom payroll software is necessary. Bilingual in Spanish is required.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration is a plus.
