We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Jewelry Repair Service Intake Specialist to join our fast-paced sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a background in jewelry repair and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all incoming repair orders, assessing the needs of the client, and coordinating with our team of skilled jewelers to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a high-energy environment and has a passion for fine jewelry.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming jewelry repair orders.
  • Evaluate the needs of the client and the condition of the jewelry to accurately determine the necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate with our team of skilled jewelers to ensure that all repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of all incoming orders, repair processes, and completed orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed of the repair process and expected completion timeline.
  • Ensure that all repaired jewelry is returned to the client in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Uphold the company's reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and customer service.
  • Continually stay informed of the latest trends and techniques in jewelry repair to ensure that our services remain top-notch.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
  • Proven expertise in jewelry repair, including the ability to accurately assess the condition of a wide variety of jewelry types and determine the necessary repairs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and ensure that all repairs are completed within the agreed-upon timeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections in a piece of jewelry.
  • A passion for fine jewelry and a commitment to upholding our company's reputation for excellence.
