At Jobot, we're on the lookout for a skilled and detail-oriented Jewelry Repair Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for handling all incoming repair orders, assessing the needs of our clients, and coordinating with our team of skilled jewelers to deliver exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming repair orders, evaluating the needs of our clients and the condition of their jewelry to determine the necessary repairs.
  • Coordinate with our team of skilled jewelers to ensure that all repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of all incoming orders, repair processes, and completed orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed of the repair process and expected completion timeline.
  • Ensure that all repaired jewelry is returned to the client in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
  • Proven expertise in jewelry repair, including the ability to accurately assess the condition of a wide variety of jewelry types and determine the necessary repairs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and ensure that all repairs are completed within the agreed-upon timeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections in a piece of jewelry.
  • A passion for fine jewelry and a commitment to upholding our company's reputation for excellence.
