Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Jewelry Repair Service Intake Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming repair orders, assessing the needs of our clients, and coordinating with our team of skilled jewelers to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritize incoming repair orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate the condition of jewelry and determine the necessary repairs to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Coordinate with our team of skilled jewelers to ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest standard of quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of all incoming orders, repair processes, and completed orders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by keeping clients informed of the repair process and expected completion timeline.
  • Ensure that all repaired jewelry is returned to the client in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
  • Proven expertise in jewelry repair, including the ability to accurately assess the condition of a wide variety of jewelry types and determine the necessary repairs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously and ensure that all repairs are completed within the agreed-upon timeline.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients and team members.
