Car Dealership Bilingual Receptionist
Shift: 9am - 6pm
Payrate: $15.00 hr
Job Description
A car dealership receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of the dealership. They are the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Assisting Customers: Welcoming customers warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and directing them to appropriate departments.
- Handling Phone Calls: Answering and transferring calls, taking messages, and providing information to callers.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating appointments for service, sales, and financing.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate customer records, updating databases, and filing documents.
- Administrative Tasks: Assisting with various administrative duties, such as preparing reports, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software in a dealership setting preferred.
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish) in order to be considered for this role, otherwise will not be considered.
