This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with managing incoming calls, handling work orders, filing documents, and providing broad administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming calls, ensuring messages are accurately conveyed.
• Efficiently manage and process work orders.
• Carry out filing tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to address and resolve inquiries.• Proven experience in the Real Estate & Property industry is essential
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, exhibiting excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle receptionist duties with professionalism and accuracy
• Experience in managing and processing work orders efficiently
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive experience for clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with ease
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred
• Understanding of real estate laws and regulations is a plus
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
