We are in search of an Inside Sales Specialist to become a part of our client's team based in the Middlesex, New Jersey area. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be primarily dealing with inbound requests from clients and generating quotations for them. You will also be expected to manage communication and follow-ups using our CRM software. This role is set in the Marketing/PR industry.


Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound requests from clients including residential buildings and commercial companies.

• Engage in conversations with contractors and project managers to understand their needs.

• Generate and provide quotes to clients enabling them to bid for their respective townships.

• Manage and track all processes through our CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics.

• Handle multiple opportunities simultaneously, ensuring all clients receive timely and efficient service.

• Attend trade shows a few times a year to stay updated on industry trends and developments.

• Maintain an organized work approach to manage the various processes involved.

• Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales is essential

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Demonstrable ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines

• Superior detail oriented presence and business acumen

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
