Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee relations, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Experience with Paycom software is a must. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is also highly preferred to support our diverse workforce. This position will work closely with our Chief People Officer (CPO) on employee relations and will play a key role in maintaining efficient HR workflows and accurate employee data.

Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration

Manage the HRIS benefits administration system, assisting employees with benefits selections and addressing inquiries promptly.
Educate employees on benefit offerings, including health, dental, vision, life, retirement, and disability plans.
Lead the open enrollment process, collaborating with brokers and vendors.
Work with the Payroll team to ensure accurate benefits deductions and analyze workflow data for efficiency.
Review, audit, and process benefits invoices and administer leave of absence (LOA) processes, including eligibility notifications, leave requests, and return-to-work protocols.
Handle workers' compensation paperwork and assist with accident investigations to manage claims and control costs.
Participate in the Safety Committee to address safety issues, recommend practices, and train staff on compliance.
HRIS Administration / Employee Data

Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to maintain an accurate and compliant HRIS system.
Collaborate with Payroll to design and maintain system settings, ensure data integrity, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the HR Coordinator in managing digital and physical files and provide technical assistance to employees as needed.
Employee Relations

Assist the CPO in managing employee relations, including responding to grievances and participating in investigations.
Interpret and explain HR policies to managers and employees and advise managers on performance management and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
Required Experience: 3+ years in a Human Resources role, with a focus on benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee relations.
Preferred Experience: Proficiency with Paycom software.
Languages: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
