Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Compensation: $25-30/hr
Job Summary:
The Junior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruitment activities by managing interview schedules, candidate communications, and recruitment documentation. This role requires an organized, proactive individual eager to grow in the HR recruitment space.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Assist with job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
Maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics.
Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires.
Collaborate with the HR team to support various recruitment projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
